I'm a beginner in SA:MP Forum, and I was looking my includes, but I didn't understand how the include core.inc works..

Can anyone explain me?

Core.inc can be used to change 'UPPER CASE LETTERS' to 'lower case letters'. It can also be used to find minimum and maximum values between two different values, and it can create random numbers, example: random(100) will find a number between 0-99. It doesn't have much use other than that, I haven't used it very often, but I hope that explains most of it. a_samp is the most important include.
