This wierd road at SF
#1

Edit:

At my prev topic,I just edited it, I was asking what was those wierd roads at SF but I got my answer,I didn't want to create a new topic,so let's discuss wierd things around GTA-SA. Because the thread is changing its route

Guys,I have been wondering for a long time, this road is next to SF bridge, and it has one road up and one road under it.

Anybody know what is this? It doesnt lead anywhere,it isn't starting from an ordinary place,is it a map bug?

Look ingame aswell.

It has something to do with the San Francisco earth quakes during the 80s or 90s I believe.

Its rockstars "memorial" to the 1986 earthquake that happened in San Francisco (the city San Fierro is based on). Heres some more info about it http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1989_Lo...eta_earthquake

Offtopic: I'm almost certain the game is actually named after the San Andreas Fault.

You can see a fault line (or crack) at the bottom of the sea between san fierro and the desert.

They didn't even have highways or freeways in 1906...

It's a "memorial" of the earthquake from '89.
