When I open my server is this

No vehicle model present or no vehicle present.

If I add an Elegy , it would be 1 model , if I add one more Elegy still 1 model.
Now if I add a Sultan it will be 2 models.

this is not the problem
problem is that when my server is so open, but if you open another server runs smoothly

Then the other server HAS got cars or car models

But players can connect if that appears in the console?

thats just how many vehicle models you have

if your mode has no vehicles then youll have no vehicle models loaded.
your not required to have vehicles, but its kinda pointless not to have them.
