Hello,

I am running a PHP code script which retrieves server statistics such as amount of players online, gamemode, map etc.
On my localhost, the script works perfectly and shows all of the information however when uploaded to my hosting (iPage) the error "Cannot retrieve server statistics at this time." shows.

I have contacted my hosting via live chat and they have asked for my server requirements, I have told them that i'll get back to them. A technical specialist has informed me that they have changed PHP settings to allow_url_fopen = On however didn't work.

Please could someone tell me the server requirements of SA:MP so I can get back to my hosting and resolve the issue? If it is the server requirements of YourGTA server please let me know also, so I can get back to the server developer of YourGTA.

They probably need to open udp to your server ip & port in their firewall.
