I'm new, and started a server and my friend who scripts I feel like I'm putting a lot of pressure on him and I can't even help. That's why I'm looking to learn to script and where to find beginner stuff to learn on. Any suggestions? If so please place a link, or advice on it.

well the wiki will help with SAMP Pawn API, like posted but also learning pawn itself
can be done by visiting http://www.compuphase.com/
and downloading the language ref.

another place to read threw would be the tutorial section here.
some are crap but their is allot of good ones,

the older the tutorial the more out dated the info,
but in allot of cases this don't matter,
So just keep that in mind when reading them.
