Your include version doesn't match the plugin version. If/when it does, recompile the gamemode.

Well one could look where one got the streamer plugin in the first place. One would proceed with looking in that topic and then one would realise there is a new version and that one could download the include and .dll file. Still confused? https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=102865
