Edit:
For those of you looking for quick answer for a similar problem - I'm afraid you wont find it here. The issue seems to have 'dissipated' almost as randomly as it had began giving me fits.

Short, sweet and directly to the point (Sorta):
I do have mods installed, however I have not installed any immediately before I began experiencing the issues listed below. Just recently as of a couple days ago, I began to randomly experience issues involving the SA-MP game client, whereas when selecting to join a said server, I will get the blue/green loading mouse icon (as expected) for about 2 seconds before it disappears, opening gta_sa.exe for only a split second (according to the task manager) before closing without further action (nor appearance/notification), however on the rare occasion it wont close and an SA-MP error message will appear 20 seconds after the 'launch' supposedly was to take place - Nothing immediate as opposed to what you might generally expect.
For the reader who didn't comprehend: It crashes upon start-up and it doesn't provide any errors or anything but on the rare occasion. You don't even notice gta_sa.exe had started for that split moment it appears in the task manager before disappearing. Below I have attached the error turnout results.
Misc. side information:
Recently, and I figure it was around back when this all started, I began having graphical errors leading to my graphics driver crashing and having to recover, however I am quite able to still play other games, including GTA:IV and the such - I only seem to encounter this error while playing Minecraft after a brief pause it seems, so perhaps it could be irrelevant, but for the sake of possible coincidence.
System Information:
OS: Windows 7, 64 bit, Home premium - Service Pack 1
Processor: AMD A6-3650 APU (2.60 GHz, quad core)
GFX: RADEON HD, 2.60 GHz (built into the processor)
Ram: 16 GB
What I've done (Not in order):
* Re-installed San Andreas to a clean, legit installation.
* Set and ran both sa-mp.exe and gta_sa.exe to run with administrator privileges.
* Set both of the previously mentioned .exe's to run in windows XP, SP3 compatibility mode.
* Re-named the general San Andreas directory and re-appointed the SA-MP browser.
* Deleted the gta_sa.set file found within '*\Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\' as suggested by many threads.
* Searched both on ****** and using the forum search feature for anything associated to the error message provided.
* Checked to ensure my computer was plugged in properly and turned on.
* Restarted my computer only countless times.
* Set Visual Settings to 'Windows Basic', as suggested.
* (un/re)-installed graphics driver.
This is the error message I'm getting on the rare occasion as explained above.
Side note: No, I have not edited, changed, or moved anything previously immediately following this recent issue.
