I got that problem for a while now, if I knew when exactly it started I would probably also know how to fix it.
GTA SA (not just samp) seems to ignore my mouse from time to time. Means, if I open the menu (press esc) I can move the mouse, but clicking anywhere has no effect. After leaving the menu, the mouse is also ignored ingame, I cant shoot, and I cant look around with the mouse, only keys are working. The effect seems to be random, after entering and leaving the menu several times the mouse is working again. Alt+tabbing also seems to help sometimes, but theres no specific action that fixes it.
Without doing anything, the mouse ingame or in the menu wont fix itself, spamming alt+tab or esc are the only ways I discovered so far.
This can be extremely annoying. Anyone else knows that problem, or anyone got an idea whats the cause?
First I thought its a multiscreen issue, but the problem still exists when turning all other displays off.
Edit: might be interesting that im using windows 7 64 bit, an usb logitech mouse, and a nvidia graphics card with up to date drivers.
