When trying to install,When the installer is loading, i get this:

And it shuts down -_-...Cant even run it, no idea whats wrong.I uninstalled it, tried to install and got this.I tried downloading it again, But still no result -_-.Happens only with GTA And it has worked before.

Try changing the installation directory, and also make sure you've removed every trace of the previous GTA_SA installation.

I cant even reach that step, TheDominator.While InstallShield Wizard finishes loading it shows that.The installation is loading, it don't even reach to the step you select the folder you want it installed.And of the previous GTA_SA, I've deleted the GTA SA Userfiles at My Documents and the installation folder.Anything else?
