The problem is that i cant put a lock on the target before me.When i do this.But other people are able to have a lock on me.Is it my GTA SA's problem? or client?

It's probably you're Default Controls, Have a look around them, See if anything is changed.

I just tested it myself to help you out.

And it didn't work. Aiming with the Hydra is just "Fire", right? It didn't work at all....

The HeatSeaking rocket did work, however. In Single Player.

EDIT: so I went to a Hydra community. They didn't know it either.
I restored my controls - didn't work.
Changing between joypad/keys didn't work either.

And I just did a fresh new install last week...Not having any mods.

I have this problem something, I know it does not work for the above poster but just setting the controls back to default worked for me even though I hadn't changed them in the first place.

It works for me.. I think it's just for vehicles and players or just vehciles it will work.

I used this before. And it doesn't work.

It releases a flare, but doesn't focus on any vehicle. Not in MP, not in SP.
I'll re-install tomorrow; hoping that will fix it.

EDIT: Kill me.

I contacted an admin on a Hydra server, and apparently the flare button isn't the same as the lock-on button. The lock-on = handbrake, flare = FIRE

but i can see people having a lock on me !.... Isnt the lockon button space bar by default?

Not sure but for me it's space and the lock on appears, then lctrl to fire. Works in MP for me.

1 ) change the controle
2 ) if you dont have make any changed to control goto " Option/Controle Setup/Restore to Default " and done then try agian !!!!
