This vehicle have more than 2 colors (i think 4), but SAMP can set only 2 of them. You can set color of cabine.

Cement has 4 colours. Cab, front fenders, cement mixer and cement cast channel. The color of the cab and the fenders can be set, but the mixer and channel remain random (as far as I'm concerned it's either white, black or light brown).

Same for camper, but I think it is a design problem on SetVehicleColor rather than a bug.
