i want to know how to map interiors for example like i want to add some things in the city hall from inside using MTA or whatever can some one tell me how ?

Click on 'Locations' in MTA, and find the Las Venturas Planning Department. Take note of the interior ID. Now map objects, and in your script use SetPlayerInterior with wherever the mapped objects are with SetPlayerPos
