I want some bots, or fake players whatever u call them into my server. When I have 10 players in game, I add a fake player into my GM then I have 11.. how to add these slot taking bots?

They aren't allowed. You're allowed to use NPCs in your server to do certain things, but you're not allowed to artificially increase your server's player count.
