4. All Servers.
5. Notes.
6. GTA:SA SP works perfect, but not MP over all.
7. None other mods installed at all.

I've re-installed both SA:MP & GTA San Andreas, still not able to connect to any server at all.
Two days ago it worked perfect until I got a damn windows update and I lost all my files on my PC some how, Documents etc, I've also deleted all folders which are connect to GTA San Andreas including SA:MP.
Still not able to connect to any server.

Try this as a fix (unsure what the exact windows update caused the issue but this has worked for me)

1- Uninstall SAMP
2- Uninstall GTA SA
3- Clean the Registry (CCleaner or similar are great for this)
4- Restart Computer
5- Reinstall GTA SA
6- Reinstall SAMP

Thanks for all the help, some how it turns out that my account on my PC where messed up, when I restarted my PC and logged in once agen I had everthing back as I had before and SA:MP are now working perfect.

I belive I should trie it first which I never did
