Your sure the port is not 7777 in the config file?
As well make sure your firewall does not block it.

Thx for ignoring people...
I can help you out, since i have the router zyxel.
GO to your router, and select "list of clients", there will show you the computers on your network and the name of them(and the internal ip)
pickup on the ip of your computer, go to the security/nat/port forward, add there sa-mp, on the server ip ,add your internal ip(something like 192.168.1.xx)
After that you're done.
To see if you've port forwarded your server, go to your sa-mp client, add your internal ip with the sa-mp port, if you see your server is online, it's because the router has been port forwarded, if not, you're doing a mistake somewhere.
One thing, if you add your external ip to your sa-mp client, your sa-mp client will say that your server is offline when it is online, don't be worried about.
