Well, whenever I turn on SAMP (Just recently began occuring) only 10-30 servers would load and it would stop loading, I had already tried reinstalling, different clients Little's, SAMP's and the three others but the same error occurs.
I've already allowed SAMP on my firewall, some goes for GTA.

Nope. tried the "Filter-trick" already.
I've been on SAMP since about 2007, i'm not stupid xD
