Is there anywhere I can download the actual image files for all skins? I don't want to go through the trouble of downloading all 299, individually.

Wrong thread, but you can open your gta3.img with txd shop, and export the skins as an image file into another file. Is that what you mean?

Yes, just go through the whole IMG file. Will take a bit though. You could try searching more if that isn't practical enough. What do you need all of them for? If you don't mind me asking.

That's really cool. Couldn't log in with a demo account, nor connect to the server, but the idea is nice. Also, MP2 is correct. The textures of the skins are in a weird form. I thought you were developing some sort of mod. You want images. You're just gonna have to download them one by one I'm afraid. I haven't seen any sort of file released that suits your needs.
