So yeah guys I try to set myself as admin and it dont work. I put admin level 1339 which is the highest on this script and I save it and when I re-open its back at 0. If someone can help me this would be great. PM Me and I shall send you my teamviewer details.

Did you edit the file in a program like notepad, then resave it to your server and restart?

No, I have filemanager in my host which lets me edit and I save and restart. I tried in my notepad and re-upload it but it just sets back to 0

Make sure the server is closed, and offline before editing the file. Else it'll just overwrite your changes with the previous data.
