Re-install GTA San Andreas!

1) Uninstall Mods you may have and try.

2) If failed, Do a clean reinstall

3) Then try install 1 mod at a time and see if it works.

You crash because of OpCodes. Most likely, servers crash when you have mods on. If you get some message saying "OpCodes" automatically 6 times, you'll crash. Re-install your GTA-San Andreas.
