It's a good hosting
Western Union is a bank, so you have to go to your local bank and transfer money, thats how i do
It will take some days to be transfered, but you can make a photo of the paper that you get and send it to them

Hostingtime is a good host.I hosted my server in Hostingtime before and everything was fine.And it is cheap host.The only problem is, it is not famous.
