I'm trying to get the tow trucks able to tow other vehicles. But I don't completely understand the stream factor. Also I have no idea how to get the truck to automatically pickup a nearby vehicle to tow. I was going to try to have it tow when the 2 key is pressed. Some help understanding this stuff would be appreciated.
