I just put my server online, Its a small fortcarson roleplay.. I would like to advertise it and get a community to play, But i don't have 7 reputation, So i can't advertise, Does anyone know anywhere else i can advertise, Or how i could get 7 reputation easily? Thanks..

Another roleplay? To be honest, it will be hard to get a good community with a roleplay server because there's tons of those. What you CAN do to gain reputation is helping others on the community. You can also advertise the server in your signature, and put the I.P address in it.

Well to get a good professional server,You must include the things below,And then players will come regularly.
-A professional, original script
-Constant updates
-Constant posting of news to make the player sense that he is actually apart of the community
-Active users and admins on forums and in game
-Please make sure all staff members are mature and are fluent in the English language
-Have a strict set of rules and make everyone abide to them
You can gain reputation in many ways,One way is to Help Members when they have problems or questions,The second way is when you release your Maps,Scripts,Gamemodes and stuff to the community or show off,Thats the two basic ways to get reputation points.

Like Americano said. You can gain reputation by helping people, or releasing some of your own works, such as scripters, mappings, or videos that you can make. Or even offer free services like photoshopping and video making, then people will give you a reputation point.
Role-play communities are very hard to become successful since there are a lot of them out there already.
I have four recommendations for you.
- You must have a professionally made script. (Something Unique)
- You must be a professional owner, responsible and ready to take your community to the fullest.
- You must have a good management team. (Administration)
- You shouldn't give large amount of refunds to players. It makes the player lose interest in the game after a time.
About advertising.
Until you have a 7+ reputation on the SA:MP forums. Try advertising on other gaming/gta forums if it is allowed.
About gaining reputation on SA:MP forums: Try helping people around the forums and contribute some of your work to the community (Scripts, Maps, Tutorials etc).
