i have bought jihost server and came back to url : www.jihost.co.uk but when i click's on dashboard >> sserver dashboard and it says ↓↓

but i have 1 problem now. it's about uploading

Check this plz....

I put the username, password and host name provided in Control Panel > Filemanager but there is error. I dont' knwo why is it?
