@suhrab_mujeeb: He means NPC I guess.
@Chris_Morrison: Did you try getting help in that topic already? The creator probably knows it better then the most of us here. Anyway, did you record the NPC yourself? Because as far as I can see in the script (the filterscript) it's not going to the farm. Or wait, you mean that the NPC is being spawned beneath the farm? I bet that he's at location '0,0,0 (X,Y,Z)'. Did you include the 'npcmodes' in the main directory of your server, with the 'recordings' in THAT folder? And did you actually allow npc's to be in the server? (maxnpcs > 0)

Erm let me think. Perhaps it doesn't work because that script was designed for 0.3c (the last update was in August 2011). SAMP 0.3d was released in begin December 2011, so it's a fact that it was designed in 0.3c. This occured before, that NPCs didn't work when the NPC record was created with an older version.
Hey, try to re-compile all the .pwn scripts. I mean those in the npcmodes. Perhaps it works. I don't know, I never tried it. Just a suggestion... If you haven't tried that already.

No, first you should try to recompile the .pwn scripts in the 'npcrecords' directory. (Or however it's called). Maybe it helps.
