hello all , i've sscanf plugin downloaded , i put it in "plugins" folder , and i added it on server.cfg , the problem is whene i run samp-server it shows to me a dialog who says; "can not found samp-server" , whene i close the dialog , the server start normaly without errors . how to fix this problem ?

Question 2 : is sscanf's plugin necessary to run the commandes witch i use zcmd+sscanf ?
