In general a nice idea that already was suggested several times. The problem with it is, that team/ or teammember request are often connected with money. This will also lead to a lot of "selling script" topics, and the samp team really does not like these. More exact they are even forbidden here.
I guess thats the reason why such a section wasnt added yet.
