I make my own server with my own PC, i can ping it but i dont know why i can't connect..
Please help me if you know something to do with this shit

Please show us your server.cfg, and server.log file.
Also please remove the rcon_password part from your server.cfg as that will release your server RCON password to us.

maybe your client and server files version is diffrent?
