No, but it's pretty easy.
Host probably provided you with a FTP details. Just download the mod, upload /gamemodes to /gamemodes, /filterscripts to /filterscripts and so on...
Once you are done, simply restart your server. Just a quick notice, I guess your host is using linux machines, you'll need a .so plugins!
