Wait,How is this can be a vip restaurant?
near Jail building,with a gunner guy object,Street floor.
make it look more like a vip restaurant,now its looks like a restaurant for Panks & criminal's.

It's VIP restaurant because it's the VIP place in NGRP and every ngrp edit, so.
0/10 because it doesn't even make sense, and the object placement is horrible.

You should scrap all the outside objects, and just map a nice interior, so you're not as limited as to scripting on the outside.
