Hello,
Well, My server has been lately restarting by itself. In other words "Server Crashing" and Its caused by CPU.
(Excessive CPU Usage - 100.9%)
And then my server restarts with less players.
Would anyone know why this would be happening?

meabe you are consuming to much ram, lowers the size of the variables. Meabe that is the problem.

Well RAM is linked to CPU but if the CPU usage is high it isn't necessarily RAM... can be because your server is overloading the cpu with a fuckload of math calculations (too many players lead towards that usually)... You sir, need an upgrade i guess.

upgrade of what? the sa:mp version or? what do you mean by upgrade.

No, an upgrade of the computer/host's computer ... OR you can just optimize your scripts.
