Someone who apparently owned this one server came into my Server and advertised their I.P, is there any way we can stop this from happening, it should be against the rules to advertise your I.P in someone elses server is there anything at all i can do about the person that did this to my server?

You should add a filterscript or a script you've made yourself that you can't typ random numbers into the chatbox.

There isn't really a place to report them because it could be anyone advertising that server IP, it may not be the server owner. Just make sure you get your admins to ban them or have a script that blanks out IP's like CaptainBacardi said.
