I would use : https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=140765 To check if the player is aiming at a certain point, then checking the players distance to the point by IsPlayerInRange or something similar.

If you think that's too hard then i would suggest you to try something easier, cause this shouldn't really be that hard.

Kenwood if thats too hard then i would recomment you first learn scripting then go to the harder stuff
