When i try to use this Mod http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=4483 theres a error.

it says version is not supported, is there anyway to change the game version without installing a diffrent one?

As there are patches to downgrade, their must be patches to upgrade. If you bought your version, there even should be legal ones on the rockstar site - if they still support GTA SA, i don't know.

And, other info: if you manage to change your game version and install the mod, you won't be able to play SA:MP anymore...so I guess you won't install it?

No, you cannot play SA:MP if you've got a different version from v1.0. As you're probably able to play SA:MP now, you should have v1.0. Thus you need another version than this one to install the mod. But then, you won't be able to play SA:MP anymore
