Guys why do you all repeat yourself?
Try re-installing GTA:SA running in XP compatibility also check to make sure your PC doesn't over heat.

First video - virus, already watched it.
Second video - isn't possible on this PC, I'm only able to create another admin account which will erase old admin account. Not possible to make limited one.

Your registry is really messed up! No solutions are fixing your problem.

How could a fragmented registery mess everything up? First of all, I've never heard of a specific fragmented registery but of a fragmented disc. And as second, a fragmented disc neither could give problems like this, the only chance is that searching/loading and such things takes more time.
