@MAVERICKS: If you would've paid a little bit attention, you can read that he's done that, included with registery kets.
@[Twixx]: Do you have the 32 bit visual C++? If you have 32 bit, try this one (if you have 64 bit computer and 32 bit visual C++): http://www.microsoft.com/download/en....aspx?id=14632 - Otherwise the 32 bit if you have 64 bit: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en...s.aspx?id=5555

Guys why do you all repeat yourself?

Try re-installing GTA:SA running in XP compatibility also check to make sure your PC doesn't over heat.

First video - virus, already watched it.
Second video - isn't possible on this PC, I'm only able to create another admin account which will erase old admin account. Not possible to make limited one.

Your registry is really messed up! No solutions are fixing your problem.

Prob need to fragment it..then install back the OS

How could a fragmented registery mess everything up? First of all, I've never heard of a specific fragmented registery but of a fragmented disc. And as second, a fragmented disc neither could give problems like this, the only chance is that searching/loading and such things takes more time.
