It is not possible to host a SA-MP server without port forwarding unless you purchase a SA-MP server from:
http://www.volt-host.com/
http://www.serverffs.com/

You can open your own server but you will be only one that can see it. If you open "samp-server.exe" and open your SA-MP client and add this IP address "127.0.0.1:7777" and that server will be open just for you only.

If you can't do port foward, but a server host.
Check the official server host list for more info.

All above wrong ^.

You can host a server without portforwarding.

You use uTorrent, open up the server, go to uTorrent preferences and set the port to 7777, re-open it, click on the tray icon, and then it should work for you.

It worked for me, years ago, i don't see why it shouldn't work now.

You can use Hamachi. But you need your friends to use it too so they can connect to it ^^

You could eventually download Tunngle or Hamachi and then use "bindip HAMACHI/TUNGGLEIP HERE"
