I have never ever sold services like this before, in fact I've never done anything like this, so this is a first for me.

I'm here to offer you a seriously cheap web hosting deal. I have (not so) recently invested in a dedicated server, which I have segmented into VPS'es (one to hold TruckingWorld, my server - one to hold a school project that I'm completing with my Computing teacher, and another for this offer).

I know I will never ever use up the entire server's resources, and for that reason I am offering web hosting at a cheap rate. I have carefully calculated plans for forums (SMF was the example I used) and such that would be related to SA-MP servers.

Here are the spec's for this specific offer:

• A maximum of three domains;
• 2gb Bandwidth (per month);
• 500mb Disk Usage (This does not include mail usage, or 'background' information like MySQL data);
• 100 MB Mail usage (can be increased if requested);
• 10 Mail Accounts (again, can be increased if requested);
• Have CGI and PHP access;
• Can run CRON tasks (SMF maintenance and such);
• Unlimited MySQL databases.

Because I'm not actually paying for a control panel or anything, just the server itself, I am using a free control panel called 'Kloxo' (formerly LxAdmin). This is a very simple control panel though has everything you would expect to see on a more widely known control panel called cPanel.

This offer does not come with a domain name, though you can purchase one for approximately Ј4.99, just ****** it. You can also get a free .co.cc or .co.nr domain name, if you'd like to do that, ****** those too. If this offer becomes 'sort-of' popular, I may invest in a 'mini' domain name so you can have subdomains on that too. (For example: yourdomain.fwh.net). (few = funky web hosting - That company doesn't exist but fits my forum name and this offer).

All I ask, is that you donate a mere Ј0.50 to my PayPal account, every month. I am even up for 'doing a deal', if you so wish. I do not mind what comes in (as I don't want this to turn into a business venture, more just a helping hand, with some way of paying for it at the end of the month).

You can even donate Ј2.00 (4 x Ј0.50) and get 5 months of hosting, instead of the expected four. (But, this payment has to be made in one go).

I will not be setting up a 'Buy Now' button or some sort of 'Subscription' button, as paying for the hosting is your responsibility.

You will not be bound to any contract, so you may leave my services at any time. I will assist you with any issues you have (hosting wise) and will also be more than happy to setup forum software and such up for you.

Terms:

• (You knew this was coming, right?)
• Hosting 'daemons' or process malicious tools on said web hosting is strictly forbidden, and will lead to an immediate termination with no refund.
• Missing a payment will encur an account termination, but you will be given a ten day grace period before I terminate it (in other words, you have the 'day-to-pay' and 10 days after it to actually send the money to my PayPal account)
• They're my only terms.

What about kids using nulled vbulletin ? Add a rule about it into your terms

VBulletin and other software is a given, either your dedicated gets suspended or you take down the forums if the producer finds out.

It's obvious that that's not allowed. Using software that has been illegally obtained is illegal, for everyone. While it is up to the server administrator to moderate the content on his/her server, running illegally obtained software would result in a law suit anyway.

How long do you plan on staying in business? I'm not interested in getting situated on a server, and then finding out it has been terminated due to the lack of payment on the renter's behalf.

It's not a 'business'. There won't be any lack of payment seeing as it would cause me inconvinience too. If I were to terminate any accounts, I would do my best to contact the people being hosted on the server before I actually terminate it. I would also take a server backup and ship out files to those being hosted if it were to be terminated.

Whether I get any 'custom' or not, the server will still be online and paid for no matter what, as it hosts probably 90% of my computing coursework projects and such (for school). The loss of those would cause some rather irritating issues.

I see, and I trust you How many spots are still available? I might be able to purchase some tonight...Technically I could, but I'm sure paypal taxes more than 3 cents xD
