Well i got this up, when iwas trying to check if my server was up. Im using Machinemp as host.

Online? Yes
In internet list? No
In hosted list? No

I added Announce to 1. But still now working. Someone help?

You have to wait some time before server appears. If it doesn't, you should contact them. They probably set file permissions for announce file wrongly or they have older version of file installed.

You didn't set announce to 1 in panel (You did in server.cfg).

Mostly, hosts with GameCP need to set there configuration (like announce) from the control panel, and not directly editing the file.
