Apparently I noticed Kalcor is adding support for 800 players, which I assume his making the sa-mp server structure more powerful to hold the amount of players, probably I'm wrong since the FPS boost could of been that improvement to hold more players. However, can't wait to see some servers break new records such as UIF and those russian servers!

Hopefully, would be nice to see some servers get more then 500 players on. I was looking at the server yesterday I think and saw that they had 1000 player slots. We'll just have to wait and see.

I know it's probably obvious, but SA:MP 0.3d R2 is now released, WITH 800 Slot compatibility.

I think 800 is way too much,I rarely see servers with 500 players online,so it will be hard to have 800 also without lags

I agree with poster above. Instead of spending their time raising the player slots - which only a handful of servers will need - they'd better invest their time in making new functions that can be useful to everyone.

Or they just invest time in solving/reducing the lagg problem/make the synch better.

Some servers need these extra slots. 500 player slots for the servers that have peaked 500 for a while is quite restricting. At least with 800, those servers can continue to steal potential players :{.

for russian Samp-RP they need this ofc. 800 slots would be good for them.

They got 8 servers and about 3 of them got 500/500 players xD
