Alright, So I have been searching the forum for about two hours... looking for what is causing "Moderntopia" to say "File or function not found." when I try and run it.

I have found many answers saying "Yeah, I have the same problem... " ..........."FIXED !" but no solutions, and that is all there is.

Can anyone help me here, as well as anyone else having this problem?

I have all plugins in, not sure how to check to see if it can tell me what it is missing..
everything seems to be in order.

Okay,

Well firstly what includes do you use? This will give us some idea of the plugins needed, also check to make sure you have "main() { }" at the top.

Moderntopia has main thing but i hope he/she has not removed that

This is known to be happening with the streamer dll check you have streamer.dll(on windows) or streamer.so(if on linux) in your plugins folder and also check there is a line in server.cfg "plugins streamer" or "plugins streamer.so(if on linux)"
