I always play with frame limiter on, because of the swimming bug...
Now that you guys have forced the frame limiter to 48 or 50 (guessing) in 0.3d, I can't do anything about it and swim slow all the time...but a bunch of other people are fine.
I have no mods installed (other than SAMP of course), and I've tried multiple servers...any ideas?

Just try changing your FPS limit with /fpslimit, that's best possible solution I can think of atm.

The FPS limit hasn't been forced to 50, i'm playing SA:MP on 99/100 FPS constantly, even if i change the FPS limit through the command, it still remains 100 FPS.
Try setting multicore to 0 in samp.cfg

Turn off FPS Limiter in the options.

To overcome this issue i have made a keybind to toggle /fpslimit 25 - /fpslimit 90. and you need the FPS limit turned on in order for this to work.
