How can i make a arrest command that the playerid aims with animation:

ApplyAnimation(playerid,"PED","ARRESTgun",4.1,1,1,1,1,3,1);

to the ID for 3 seconds)
I already have the arrest command
I saw a server who got this and i really want to have this.
