0.3d map problem

Not sure if this is a bug, but on things like moving (opening) gates and things instead of going up or down and left and right like they are supposed to they are revolving onto random places.

No right, download the vx-rp 2 0.3d version, and then start the server go in-game "esc" "Maps" "right click" a marker will be placed, then the server is off.
