How can i add snow falling in one area do you know object id?

I do alot of mapping and i dont think there is any "snow objects" let alone snowbin gta sa. I know u can mod ur SP but as for samp u would have to use a custom.img for all you server players to have snow and u would probably have to get them to install the mod

Well i guess that proves me wrong. But if you want all the players in gta to have snow u can get them to install the sa snow mod

Oh ya arnt those part of the new samp particles and stuff? Cause mta doesnt have snow unless my gta is messed
