hello, I have a trouble with this.. dini doesen't saves the stats when I'm using ctrl+alt+del and kill task gta_sa, is there any solution? will y_ini do the trick?

no, there is no chance to achieve that. if you force a task being killed, it gets wiped out at once. the best way to save stats, is a timer.
edit: i misread it, i thought you mean the server, nvm. but using a timer like saving a player stats each minute, is the way how it works for me.
