Why the skin Kendl is looks this: https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wroot/images2/c/c1/Skin_65.png ?
This isn't original Kendl skin.
And I want to ask why not add others missing skins like this in 0:03 ?

I guess skin from 0:03 doesn't exist. Have in mind that it showed up only in video

Kendl original skin (which you see in cutscene) cant be use. GTA San Andreas use this skin but i'm thinking why Kendl original skin is not used

As far as I understand, there are 2 types of skins in GTASA: those that are used in the cutscenes, and those that are used by peds. The problem is that Kendl has got her cutscene skin, but that there was no ped skin.

I have no idea how the cutscenes skins are stored on the hard drive, but I guess that if it was the same way than for the ped skins, you'd already see the real Kendl skin as ped on SAMP.
