Does SetVehicleParamsForPlayer, lets say if i set it to locked, does it actually set it locked only for a player who for an example uses a certain CMD or for everyone?
If it only sets it to a player is there any function that sets it to all, would be better if its sets the vehicle's Params itself for everyone
