Server is placed. It is hosted by Bulgaria / Burgas. Urgent I need some protection for my server.

Here is some more information:

There are several children who envied my server and that there are more people than their own. And they decided they should start to crash my server. Crash (flooda) going through the program and I think the server has started to lag and players can not play. I want some way to a secure server.

Server I put it on my computer. Host is from Burgas / Bulgaria.
