i have an bug with /accept stuff

if anyone do /acceptrequest or /acceptreport
the server will be restarted..

can anyone tell me what the problem is with that ??
or if you wanna the an line of my Gamemode tell me

We obviously can't see your code or error from nothing so post /acceptrequest & /acceptreport codes. Also command by sending question to respond or what ever would be good.
