I know a server who uses npc's for count like players, and somebody tells me that this is unlegal, but i dont know how to report the server...

here the IP -> 74.63.230.87:7861

all those 'players' level 0 are NPCs and a on player register he receive level 2... so i've no doubt that is npcs!
