Alright,i'm trying to load a filterscript,and it says MySQL connection to Database failed
I Have NO Knowledge at ALL in MySQL,thats why i need you to help me

How to create a database,or where is it,i can't even find it :P

What host are you using? Most hosts have a button somewhere in your servers control panel to create a mysql DB.

Its in his C documents which makes me think its a localhost, so heres something:
